MANDATORY FREIGHT DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS:

• Freight should be inspected while the delivery is taking place.

• If damage or missing items are discovered, notate it on the delivery receipt and take photos of the damage or refuse delivery.

• Once the delivery ticket is signed and product is received by the customer, that product then belongs to the customer free and clear.

• Customer will be responsible for all costs associated with return freight, repair costs and/or missing items should damage or missing items be discovered after delivery.

• Please be sure to read the delivery receipt thoroughly and confirm the number of packages shown on delivery receipt matches the number of packages received.

• Please be sure the receiving department/person receiving the order is aware of these procedures.
